Learn to Meditate
A month-long training for anyone who wants to learn how to meditate
Taking your seat as a meditator is a simple act, but not always an easy one. Sometimes the mind can feel quiet and centered, other times it can feel agitated and wild. Because meditation is not a one-size-fits-all practice, over the 4-week course we will discuss and practice diIerent techniques as well as how and when to use them.
