Hatha Yoga Basics Series
3 Friday's 11am-12pm, January 16, 23, and 30 with Lucas Hall
No experience necessary. In this 3-week series we will explore the fundamental principles of Hatha Yoga: Asana, Pranayama, Mudra/Bandha, and Meditation. Through these practices, you’ll discover how body, breath, and mind can be harmonized to support a more balanced and conscious life.
